E-wallet withdrawals are processed within five (5) to fifteen (15) minutes around the clock. All withdrawals require one-time KYC verification before processing. Wagering requirements specify the amount you must wager before bonus funds convert to withdrawable cash. For example, a Rp 100.000 bonus with 20x wagering requires Rp 2.000.000 in total wagers. Accounts with zero balance will be permanently closed immediately. Accounts with pending bonuses or wagering requirements must forfeit those bonuses upon closure. Upon termination for cause, msg77 may confiscate account funds if violations involved fraudulent activity. Upon termination for inactivity or administrative reasons, remaining funds will be returned via your registered payment method.
Accounts with no login activity for twelve (12) consecutive months are classified as dormant. msg77 reserves the right to charge a monthly administrative fee of Rp 50.000 on dormant accounts with balances exceeding Rp 100.000. Dormant account fees will not reduce your balance below Rp 100.000. You can reactivate a dormant account at any time by logging in and contacting customer support. Accounts dormant for twenty-four (24) months may be permanently closed with remaining funds transferred to your last registered payment method if contact information remains valid.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with international gaming regulations and the laws of the jurisdiction under which msg77 operates. Where legal conflicts arise, Indonesian consumer protection laws shall apply to the extent they do not conflict with our international licensing obligations.
